Any personal information given to AAM will be protected. AAM's
servers will
secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption
techniques during the ordering process.

present, and in the locked position, you know that information on that
page will

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you
find that
you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our
return
policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.
Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a
refund. If you
would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new
order.
While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following
guidelines:
Defective, Damaged or Mis-Shipped Items
You will receive a refund for the item(s) and shipping and handling
costs for
defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. For all other items, shipping
and
handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: Return shipping cost refunds
are
calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via
expedited
shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest
cost
shipping method.)
Proper Conditions for Return and Credit
Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original
packing and
accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee.
How-To
When making a return, place the item in the box it arrived in and send
it back
to us via USPS Parcel Post. Don't forget to include a brief note stating
the
reason for the return and if you'd like an exchange or replacement.

an exchange, your credit
card statement will indicate a credit followed by a charge for the new
transaction.
If you wish to only receive a refund for your unopened
merchandise, the
refund to your credit card will be made when your return is processed in
our
warehouse. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable. Downloadable
materials are
non-refundable once purchased.
SALES TAX POLICY
Orders shipped within the State of Minnesota will be charged 7.125%
sales tax.
PRE-ORDER POLICYIn many instances, you may pre-order items on usamicrobiz.org. Such
items
will list an expected shipping timeframe and a release date. If you
pre-order an
item, your credit card will be charged at the time the product is
shipped. We
will ship the item(s) to you on the actual availability date. Therefore,
your
total time for delivery would be:
Total time for delivery = Time until availability date + Delivery
timeframe
(based on the shipping method chosen during the checkout process)
Availability dates are supplied by the manufacturer or
distributor of the
product and are subject to change without notice. Once we learn of any
changes
to the availability date, we update the availability information on our
site.
If you do not wish to wait for a delay, you may request a
cancellation for
your order, provided that the item has not been shipped. If we do not
hear from
you before we ship the item, we will assume you have agreed to the
shipment
delay.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
AAM wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you
decide
within 30 days that you do not want the product you purchased, you may
return it
for a full refund or exchange as long as it is unopened in its original
packaging. No refunds issued on downloadable materials.
AAM reserves the right to change or update these policies at any
time without
notice.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS POLICY
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a
display or
typographical error, or an error in pricing information received from
our
suppliers, or store partners, AAM shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any
orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
AAM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
whether or not
the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your
credit card
has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,
AAM shall
immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of
your
original charge. If an item is damaged, please see the Return Policy for more
details. In
some cases, quantities may not be available to reorder since some items
may
have limited availability.
