Jeffrey C. O’Brien is an attorney with Mansfield Tanick & Cohen, P.A. practicing in the areas of business and corporate law, real estate law, estate and business succession planning and probate law. He also currently serves as the Firm’s Marketing Director and Editor of the Firm’s monthly e-newsletter, E-Watch.

Mr. O’Brien has dealt with a diverse array of businesses and business owners in his practice including real estate developers and investors, community banks, restaurant operators, manufacturing companies, franchised businesses, financial advisors and insurance agents and members of the entertainment industry. He has significant experience with the formation of new businesses and he currently oversees the Mansfield Tanick & Cohen Business INCubation Center®, a unique program designed to assist new and developing businesses in their formative years. He is also a Minnesota State Bar Association Board Certified Real Property Specialist. In 2008, Mr. O’Brien was named a Minnesota Super Lawyer “Rising Star” by Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine, a designation reserved for only 2.5 percent of all attorneys in Minnesota.

A frequent lecturer and writer, Mr. O’Brien has presented and written articles on a variety of topics such as asset protection planning, entity conversions, real estate lending and loan documentation and other general business matters.

A resident of Albertville, Minnesota and an active member of the local community, Mr. O’Brien is a member of the Board of Directors of his neighborhood homeowners’ association. He is also the President of a BNI chapter in Dayton, Minnesota and is active in the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce. He has also previously served as a member of a citizens committee investigating the possibility of bringing city wide wireless internet to the City of Albertville.

After spending 30 years in the Technology sector, working for Motorola (Freescale) Semiconductor in a sales capacity, Diane decided to pursue a product idea and formed Persper-eez Products, LLC in October 2007. Their first product, Persper-eez Breast Perspiration Pads was launched in January 2010. Diane joined AAM in April 2010 to network with other small business owners and participate in educational opportunities provided by AAM.

Mark Moroney is the founder and owner of Corporate 1st Impression, Mark got his start in advertising in 1985 working for Gulf Development, A sign and billboard company. In 1986 he helped launch ADVO systems, the premier "Marriage Mailer" to the twin Cities market. His clients included Pizza and Pasta, Certi-care, IGA Foods and Simek's Meats. In 1988 his wife Gayle and Mark started New Neighbor Welcome Service, Inc. a major competitor to "welcome Wagon" in the south metro area. In 2008 Mark recognized what a great concept this was to connect with new business with a welcoming gift package and started Corporate 1st Impression in Dakota county. They have expanded and now include Hennepin and Ramsey County as well.
